German production outfit Audio Habitat return to T3K with a fresh new EP of dark, detailed techstep. Most of the EP explores fairly stripped back, gritty stylings but for us here at the Dojo it’s all about the more up front vibe of Crotoan; growling bass and rolling breaks make this one a bit of a belter. Kela – Chroma EP [T3K Recordings]
Kela drops four fresh dark edged tracks for T3K that tech fans should definitely have a listen to! Crisp drums, crunchy bass distortion and plenty of groove characterise the EP, with the bonus Rune & Kaiza collab Error proving the Dojo favourite. Check out the clips below and grab this one on digital now!
ZEPH4R – Flip The Script [T3K Ltd]
Kaiza’s busy T3K release schedule continues with a new EP from ZEPH4R on the label’s “Ltd” arm. Featuring dark textures and intricate percussive details, the tracks on offer show tons of promise from a producer with plenty more to offer. The titular Flip The Script has proved the Dojo favourite with it’s combo of creepy FX and growling bass swells; check out the clips below and grab this from your favourite digital store now!
Audio Habitat – Parameter EP [T3K Ltd]
T3K Ltd’s latest release comes from German four piece collective Audio Habitat who bring their tight, technical sound to the label. Technical Shit kicks things off on a deep note, with rumbling sub and precise percussion building a brooding vibe. Twelve Minds amps up the energy a bit, keeping the tribal drums but bringing in some pretty aggressive midrange sweeps, a pattern followed on the titular Parameter.
Last but not least, Under Pressure provides the EP’s most dancefloor friendly cut with skittering drums and a rising lead keeping the tune moving at a fair pace. Check out the clips below and grab this one from your favourite digital store now.
Mole – Fight EP [T3K Extended]
T3K’s “Extended” imprint return with a tidy little EP from Mole. Turn Up The Bass and Fight both deliver chunky neurofunk goodness worthy of the dancefloor, but for me this one is all about We Havin Fun‘s swung half-step beats; neuro bass at a less frantic pace.
